“Dakhla Spots”, an invitation to travel in this Saharan pearl

The book is edited by Dakhla Media in collaboration with ONMT

For the ONMT, the objective today is to position Dakhla as a seaside destination in its own right and to promote it on the international scene.

Dakhla Media in collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourist Office has just published “Dakhla Spots”, a beautiful book on the destination which highlights its tourist assets. Dakhla Spots is undoubtedly one of the literary curiosities of the beginning of the year. Published by Dakhla Media in collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourism Office, this beautiful 240-page book on the city of Dakhla is of high quality both in terms of the quality of the texts and those of the photos. Dakhla Spots is thus an invitation to travel and a real hymn for one of the most beautiful Moroccan destinations. Dakhla is undoubtedly the star destination of this year 2021.

The enthusiasm is certain on the part of both international and national tourists. Dakhla Spots is thus one of the literary curiosities of the beginning of the year. And it is first of all the cover that surprises with its minimalist graphics. Of a magnificent Sahrawi blue, it takes up the three main elements of the region: the sun, the dune and the sea. The 240-page book is introduced by Moulay Abdelaziz Senoussi, CEO of Dakhla Media and prefaced by Adel El Fakir, DG of the Moroccan National Tourist Office.

“For the ONMT, the objective today is to position Dakhla as a seaside destination in its own right and to make it shine on the international scene by making Dakhla a strong brand recognized all over the world”, underlines Adel El Fakir . Contents 9 chapters: “The assets of Dakhla”, “A unique flora and fauna”, “A booming tourist activity”, “Dakhla, kitesurfing capital”, “A multitude of activities to practice”, “A eco-responsible destination “,” A land and people “,” A region that relies on its infrastructure “and finally” A large open-air site “.

The texts, of high quality, are written by a team of journalists including Ahlam Jebbar and supervised by Driss Senoussi, Dakhla’s leading hotel operator. The whole is sublimated by magnificent and unpublished photos of two great professional photographers, in love with Dakhla, Mariano Arias and Ludovic Sauveur Antoine. The coordination of the book was done by Chama Bargach. The beautiful book Dakhla Spots is thus a real “Dakhlamation of love” for an extraordinary region destined to become one of the main seaside and tourist centers of the country.
